Jakarta, August 25, 2017. An Ibero-American Film Festival in Indonesia with the presence of Cuban films is held between July and October under the auspices of the "Komunitas Salihara" Arts Center and "KINEFORUM".
The Cuban films to be projected are:

The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba wants to congratulate the people of Indonesia on the occasion of the celebration of the 72nd Anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Jakarta, 16 August 2017. A Joint Session between the People's Consultative Assembly and the House of Representatives of Indonesia, respectively, was held at the headquarters of the Indonesian Parliament, to which the Cuban Embassy was invited, among other friendly countries.
During the event, Indonesian President Joko Widodo made two speeches on the occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.
Jakarta, August 8, 2017. The Cuban Embassy attended the "The 4th Host Country Committee Meeting on Immigration and Consular Affairs", organized by the authorities of the General Directorate of Immigration from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the General Directorate of Protocol and Consular Affairs from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Indonesia.
