Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, visited the José Martí Secondary School No. 52 in this capital, in the context of the 169th anniversary of the birth of our National Hero and the 50th anniversary of the founding of that center.

He met with the school management, headed by its Director, Mrs. Tseenkhand Lumben, to exchanges views on the activities for the 169th and 170th anniversaries of Martí's birth and the International for his 170th birthday that will culminate in January 2023.

President of Mongolia sent congratulations to the President and the people of Cuba on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the Revolution, on January 1st

The President of Mongolia H.E. Mr. U. Khurelsukh, sent congratulations to the President, H.E. Sr. Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermúdez and the people of Cuba, on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the Revolution.

He expressed satisfaction for the strengthening of the traditional friendly relations between both countries and his commitment to work to expand the bilateral cooperation.

The Mongolian President also wished progress and prosperity to the people of Cuba.

Dear friends:

As Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, I want to thank you for the warm welcome and to greet you, on the New Year.

Cuba is honored to be the first country in the Americas to establish diplomatic friendly relations with Mongolia 61 years ago and to have the only embassy of Latin America and the Caribbean in your great country. We are also honored to host in Havana the only embassy of Mongolia in my region.

Ulan Bator, December 24, 2021. The new Cuban ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer Rodriguez, paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mrs. BATTSETSEG BATMUNKH, at the Ministry´s headquarters, on the afternoon of December 24, as part of his activities following the recent presentation of his Credentials.
