We, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance of Latin America - People's Trade Treaty, at the 15th meeting of its Political Council in Havana, have been informed of the results of the second round in the presidential elections held in the sister Republic of Ecuador on 2 April 2017, and have decided:
ALBA-TCP member countries expressed their support and solidarity to the people and government of Nicaragua, and reiterated their rejection of destabilizing attempts

I express our strongest condemnation of the United States’ unilateral cruise missile attack on April 6, launched against the Shayrat air base, in the Homs province of the Syrian Arab Republic, using as a pretext the alleged use of chemical weapons against civilians by the Syrian government.
