Our Communist Party is unique

Our Party is unique because it guarantees the unity of all Cubans intent on building a more democratic, inclusive and just society. It guarantees, strategically, our unity, in a world in which political fragmentation of progressive forces prevails in the face of advancing neoliberalism. The centers of capitalist power understand that, in order to win, they need to divide, defeat or co-opt Cuba’s collective forms of organization, resistance and struggle which constitute a real, effective threat to their system.

Cuba to receive British cruise ship MS Braemar

Last March 13, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland requested from the Cuban authorities that MS Braemar, a member of the Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, be authorized to dock in a Cuban port and that its passengers, a small number of which have been affected by the novel coronavirus (SARS CoV 2/Covid-19), be cleared for repatriation by air.

Fijian Foreign Minister reaffirms in meeting with Cuban Ambassador willing to expand bilateral relations

Suva, March 12- The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Fiji, the Honorable Inia Seruiratu received this morning the Ambassador of Cuba Carlos Manuel Rojas Lago. The progress of bilateral relations and other topics of global interest were evaluated at the work meeting.

Speaker of the Fijian Parliament receives Cuban Ambassador

Suva, March 11- The Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji, Honorable Ratu Epeli Nailatikau received today the Ambassador of Cuba to this country, Carlos Manuel Rojas Lago. In a cordial environment, both discussed on issues of interest on the international scene and on the progress of bilateral ties.

Deputy Chief of Cabinet of the President of the United Nations General Assembly exchanges with the Ambassador of Cuba to Fiji

Suva, March 7 - As part of his participation as a member of the delegation that accompanies the President of the United Nations General Assembly in his vvisit to Fiji, Mr. Jerobeam Shaanika held a profitable exchange with the Cuban Ambassador on this Pacific Island, Carlos Manuel Rojas Lake. Both representatives discussed topics of great relevance in the multilateral agenda.
