Spanish Theater Night at the UWI Cave Hill Campus

Praise Academy from Barbados competing in the International Ballet Festival in Cuba.

Between March 27 and April 10, 2018, Praise Academy of Barbados made a professional exchange tour with the National Ballet School of Cuba, with 23 of its students who during a year have been trained by the Cuban teacher Laura Álvarez, who in addition to receiving several training sessions competed in the International Festival of Ballet Schools, reaching an  award as finalists of the event, a fact that establishes an excellent precedent since it speaks of the potential of Barbadian children and all what can be achieved with the professional exchange in this area among our Caribbean nations.
