Saint Lucian Government honors Cuban Ambassador.

The Governor General of Saint Lucia, His Excellency Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, presented on December 6, 2018, at the Government House, the Saint Lucia Medal of Honor (Gold) to Ambassador Jorge Francisco Soberon Luis, in recognition of Cuba's contribution to the development of Saint Lucia.
