Addis Ababa. The second anniversary of the passing of the Commander in Chief of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, was conmemorated in a special tribute at the Embassy of Cuba in Ethiopia.
In attendance, all the Cubans cooperants working in the capital, Cubans living in Ethiopia as well as a large group of the Ethio-Cubans.

Cuba participated today in the General Debate on agenda Item 39 of the UN General Assembly, devoted to the Question of Palestine, where it expressed its deep concern about the situation in the Middle East region, buffeted by violence, interference in internal affairs, external aggression and long-term conflicts, such as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the core of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
