President of the Trinidadian Senate receives Deputy from the National Parliament of Cuba.

Port of Spain, November 8.- The President of the Senate of Trinidad and Tobago, Honorable Christine Kangaloo, received a delegation from the National Assembly of Cuba, chaired by the Member of Parliament, at the headquarters of said institution today and the President of the Friendship with the Caribbean group of the Cuban legislature, Dr. José Rubiera Torres. The Cuban deputy was accompanied by Cuban Ambassador Guillermo Vázquez Moreno and officials from the Department of International Relations of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba (NAPPC) and the Cuban diplomatic mission.

Cuba strengthens health cooperation with Ghana

With the arrival of six new Cuban health specialists, the medical presence of the Caribbean Island in Ghana was reinforced.

The Cuban doctors were received at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra by the Cuban Ambassador, Pedro L. Despaigne González; the Head of the Cuban Medical Mission in the country, Dr. Ana Lubín García and the Coordinator of the Collaboration with Cuba in the Ministry of Health of Ghana, Mr. Hafez Adam Taher.

Currently, the Cuban Medical Brigade in the country has 20 members, and must be increased in the near future.
