Racist statements by U.S. President denounced

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba strongly condemns the racist, denigrating, crude statements made by the President of the United States referring to Haiti, El Salvador, states in Africa, and on other continents, during a negotiating session on the migratory program known as DACA, which took place in the White House yesterday.

Governor of Malacca inaugurates Cuban contemporary art exhibition

Kuala Lumpur, January 11- The Governor of the State of Malacca, Tun Datuk Seri Utama Dr. Mohd Khalil bin Yaakob inaugurated an exhibition of works by contemporary Cuban plastic artists at the Malaca Art Gallery on the occasion of the 59th Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.

In the morning of January 9, a hearing of the Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere of the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations was held, which was organized by Marco Rubio, the Republican Senator for Florida and co-chaired by Robert Menendez, the Democrat Senator for New Jersey, who have a vast work history against the betterment of relations between Cuba and the United States and are promoters of all sort of legislative and political proposals that affect the interests of the Cuban and U.S.
