Nassau, October 25, 2017.-After the Training Workshop “Disaster Risk Management and Adaptation to Climate Change to enhance resilience in communities and ecosystems in the Caribbean region", the Bahamian specialist who participated in the event, Suzane Russell, described as positive the different actions being implemented in Cuba in this area.
The Ambassador of Cuba to Ghana, Pedro Luis Despaigne González was interviewed for the Pan African Television Channel´s Hot News Program.
In the interview, led by the journalist Eugene Edem Buzady, the Ambassador addressed a wide range of issues that had as an articulating axis the negative effects of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the US for more than five decades to the Cuban population. In his analysis he demonstrated that the blockade is a tool used to destroy the Cuban Revolution.
