Addis Ababa, April 23, 2025.- The Ambassadors of Cuba to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Union, H.E. Meylin Suárez Álvarez and H.E. Lucas D. Hernández, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Addis Ababa, where they were warmly received by the Zimbabwean Ambassador, H.E. Sophia Nyamudeza.
Harare, February 1, 2024- The vice-chancellor of Bindura University, Professor Eddie Mwenje, held a Video Conference with Cuban Medical Services to discuss issues of bilateral interest; especially, regarding possible collaboration projects.
Harare, January 30, 2024.- The Charge d'Affaires of Cuba in Zimbabwe, Ambassador Yenielys Vilma Regueiferos Linares, held a meeting with the Zimbabwean delegation that attended the International University Congress 2024.
Harare, January 21, 2024-The Charge d'Affaires of Cuba in Zimbabwe, Yenielys Vilma Regueiferos Linares, exchanged with directors of the Management Training Building (MTB) Cadre School about the potential for bilateral collaboration with the institution.
The Ambassador of Cuba in Zimbabwe, Carmelina Ramírez Rodríguez, held a friendly meeting with the Minister of Public Works, Honorable July G. Moyo. In this meeting, historical passages that unite both nations were recalled and messages of friendship and solidarity were exchanged. Minister July G. Moyo highlighted the performance of Cuban physicians since 1987, when medical collaboration began in Zimbabwe.
