Ulaanbataar, November 14, 2016.- On November 14, the Chancellery's Consulate Department organized a meeting between diplomats attending consular affairs of diplomatic missions and some government institutions.
Diplomatic missions from the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Korea, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Canada, Cuba, Kuwait, Laos, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Hungary, India and France; And Honorary Consuls from Albania, Belgium, Cyprus, Thailand, and Sweden.
In response to an invitation from Sorena Sattari, Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Science and Technology, Dr. Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart, Scientific Advisor to the Council of State and Vice-president of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba, will begin an official visit to Tehran.
Nepal, November 10, 2016. The Cuban ambassador to India, concurrent in Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal, Oscar Martínez Cordoves, was received today in a solemn hearing by the President of Nepal, His Excellency Ms. Bidya Devi Bhandari, to whom he presented the Credentials Letters accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba in that country.

The Cuban Institute of Radio and Television invites executives, producers and experts in general, to participate in the Radio &Television Convention Cuba 2017, and International Expo-Fair which will be held on September 10-15, 2017 at the Palace of Conventions in Havana, Cuba, in order to promote the exchange of ideas, cooperation and commercialization of technology, products and services.
Responding to an invitation from the Director of the Spanish Language Institute "Alborz", María Purificación García Collazo, Cuban Ambassador Vladimir González Quesada gave a lecture at this studies center, located in the north-central part of Tehran.
Based on his personal experience, first as a student and then as a diplomat in the North Africa and Middle East region, the Ambassador explained to the students and teachers present at the meeting the importance of having or forging a vocation to be able of properly practicing a particular profession.
