Demand from Nigeria the end to the US blockade against Cuba.

Nigeria, October 26, 2022- As part of the growing denunciations that are heard from all over the world against the genocidal US blockade against Cuba, yesterday the Cuban ambassador to Nigeria, Clara M. In a statement, the solidarity group expressed its support for the Cuban people in their six-decade struggle against the economic blockade and the aggressive US policy against Cuba.

Cuba denounces at FAO Council impact of US blockade

Rome, Jul 9, 2020.- Cuba denounced on Thursday at the FAO Council the obstacles to the acquisition of food, fuel and donations due to the US economic, commercial and financial blockade for almost six decades.

Speaking on the fourth day of the 164th session of the FAO Council leading Cuba's Permanent Representation to that body, Councilor Rebeca Cutie referred to the efforts her country is making to guarantee food security in the midst of the Covid-19 emergency.

In this way, it echoed the diverse voices that in different countries of the world make the request to grant this laurel to the Cuban medical collaborators who distribute solidarity through their health services, and today fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in all continents.
