Nicosia, 16 May 2024.- The Ambassador of Cuba in the Republic of Cyprus, H.E. Mr. Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero, held a meeting with the TELETHON and Cyprus Symphony Orchestra representatives at the premises of the Embassy on May 14.

The new Minister of Health of Cyprus, Mr. Michael Damianos received on the morning of May 14, the Ambassador of Cuba, Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero and in a friendly atmosphere, they exchanged on the possibilities to strengthen relations between the two countries in the area of health.
Press Release of the Second Edition of the Iberoamerican Film Festival in Cyprus
For the second year, an Iberoamerican Film Festival will be celebrated in Cyprus. The Embassies of Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Portugal and Spain, in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes de Nicosia and The Friends of the Cinema Society, have the pleasure to bring to Cyprus one more time a taste of these Iberoamerican countries.
The opening film will be the Brazilian Menino e o Mundo - The Boy and the World (2013), dirigida por Alê Abreu.

Second edition of the Ibero-American Film Festival arrives in Cyprus.
