New group of health collaborators welcomed in Dominica

The Minister of Health, Welfare and Social Services of Dominica, Cassani Laville, accompanied by the Ambassador of Cuba, Miguel Fraga, received at the Douglas-Charles International Airport a new group of Cuban health collaborators who will join the Cuban Medical Brigade that provides services in the island's health system.

Kalinago Chief Visits Cuban Embassy in Dominica
Roseau, Dominica - June 10, 2024- This morning, Lorenzo Sanford, Chief of the Kalinago, one of the last indigenous peoples of the Caribbean, was received by Ambassador Miguel Fraga at the diplomatic representation of Cuba in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Russian Federation Navy Vessels Group to arrive in Havana
A naval detachment from the Russian Federation consisting of four vessels –the frigate “GORSHKOV”; the nuclear-powered submarine “KAZAN”; the “PASHIN” fleet sea tanker and the salvage tug “NIKOLAI CHIKER”- will pay an official visit to the port of Havana from June 12 to 17, 2024.
This visit is consistent with the historically friendly relations existing between Cuba and the Russian Federation and strictly abides by the international regulations Cuba is a State Party to.
