-Malcolm X and Fidel would be happy of a moment like the one this Monday at the "Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial and Educational Center", where Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez paid tribute to the man who put an X in his identity because his ancestors were lost in time, they were not recognizable because of slavery, that episode that has been the most shameful of "civilization".

Cuba counters human trafficking operations aimed for military recruitment purposes.
The Ministry of the Interior has detected and it is working to neutralize and dismantle a human trafficking network that operates from Russia in order to incorporate Cuban citizens living there and even some living in Cuba, into the military forces that participate in military operations in Ukraine. Attempts of this nature have been neutralized and criminal proceedings have been initiated against those involved in these activities.
Letter of Intent signed with Cuba for technical cooperation on Agriculture and Fisheries
In August of 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Dominica entered a memorandum understanding to establish a general framework of operation with Cuba based on the principles of mutuality, friendship, collaboration, and shared interest in the development of our respective island states.
Minister for Agriculture Hon. Roland Royer stated the latest signing between the two countries will represent the framework for 10 collaborative actions to create a mechanism to facilitate implementation.
