Dominica receives 12 new Cuban health collaborators
Roseau, Dominica - October 12, 2024 - In a ceremony held at the Douglas-Charles International Airport, Cuban Ambassador Miguel Fraga and Dr. Lynora Fevrier Drigo, Chief Medical Officer of Dominica, welcomed 12 new Cuban health collaborators, who will join the Cuban Medical Brigade providing services in what is also known as the “Island of Nature”.
US complicity with violent acts against Cuba is strongly rejected
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba strongly rejects a new US act complicit with terrorist violence against Cuba.
The US judicial authorities have decided to release Alexander Alazo, the individual who, on April 30, 2020, stood in the middle of the street and shot 32 rounds with a machine gun against the Cuban embassy in that country, at the moment when 7 persons stayed inside the building.

Roseau, Dominica - September 17, 2024 - In a new boost to technical cooperation between Cuba and Dominica, the Cuban Ambassador to Dominica, Miguel Fraga, recently visited the headquarters of the Dominica Meteorological Service, where he had a cordial exchange with Ithoma James, head of this institution. The meeting, held on Tuesday, focused on collaboration in meteorology, a key priority area for both Caribbean countries.
