H. E. Ambassador of Cuba in Cairo:
On the occasion of the new Cuban Constitution coming into effect, we extend heartiest congratulations to the Government and People of Cuba, and hope this new step on the way to development and welfare will be successful.
Lifting of the blockade on Cuba and safeguarding its independence will help in achieving the hopes of the friendly Cuban people.

Celebration with Cuban youth and pioneers on April 4th
Well-deserved tribute to young people and a pioneer of the Embassy of Cuba in Egypt on the 58th Anniversary of the creation of the OPJM and the 57th Anniversary of the UJC.
The continuity of the Revolution is guaranteed in its children and young people.
Meeting with the Head of the Committee of Foreign Affairs of the Egyptian Parliament
The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt, Tania Aguiar Fernández, held a meeting with Karim Darwish, Head of the Committee of Foreign Affairs of the Egyptian Parliament, where they reviewed the Cuban-Egyptian bilateral relations and explored the ways to strengthen them, especially in the parliamentary field.
The meeting was also attended by the young parliamentarian and member of the Committee of Foreign Affairs, Tarek El Khouly, as well as Counselor Dennis Casares Benítez and Third Secretary Jorge Mazón Rodríguez, both officials of the Embassy of Cuba.
Meeting with First Under Secretary of State for Foreign Cultural Relations
Officials of the Cuban Embassy in Egypt, Counselor Dennis Casares Benítez and Third Secretary Jorge Mazón Rodriguez, had a pleasant meeting with Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef, First Under Secretary of State for Foreign Cultural Relations, where they explored ways to promote cultural exchange between both countries.
Meeting with the Egyptian politician Amr Moussa
The Ambassador of Cuba, Tania Aguiar Fernandez, held a cordial meeting with the renowned Egyptian politician Amr Moussa, who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs, from 1991 to 2001, and Secretary General of the League of Arab States, from 2001 to 2011.
At the meeting, which took place in Mr. Moussa's office, the historic relations between Cuba and Egypt, which this year celebrate its 70th anniversary, were praised, and international political news were discussed.
