The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba rejects, in the strongest possible terms, the so called “No Stolen Trademarks Honored in America Act”, recently enacted by President Biden, which was promoted by the anti-Cuban sectors in the Congress of that country. This is a new unilateral coercive measure aimed at reinforcing the blockade against the Cuban economy.

Havana, December 6, 2024.- In March 2020, based on the situations generated by Covid-19, the Cuban government ordered on an exceptional basis, that Cubans residing in the national territory who were abroad could return to the country without having to renew their passports. This measure was implemented on a temporary basis, with the aim of protecting our nationals in the midst of the pandemic.
