Cuban ambassador meets the Ethiopian Minister of Education
Addis Ababa, April 4, 2024. The Cuban ambassador to Ethiopia, Jorge Lefebre Nicolás, held a meeting with the Minister of Education of Ethiopia, Mr. Berhanu Nega, in which they evaluated the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries in the educational sector.

UN experts qualify the blockade as a violation of human rights
The U.S. blockade against Cuba has been qualified as a serious violation of International Law. This was made known by the special rapporteurs of the United Nations Human Rights Council on the Right to Food, the Right to Development, Extreme Poverty and the Negative Impact of Unilateral Coercive Measures on the Enjoyment of Human Rights.
