Helsinki, August 19.- The Protocol Director of the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Matti Heimonen received this morning the Charge d'Affaires a.i of the Cuban Embassy in this European country, Víctor Manuel Rodríguez Etcheverry.
The Finnish diplomat welcomed the Cuban Chargé d'Affaires wishing him success in his new task. Heimonen reiterated the Foreign Ministry's interest in maintaining and consolidating the bilateral political dialogue and the permanent exchange that has existed so far.
