Cuba ratified its commitment to human rights.

Havana, Cuba, December 11, 2023.- Ines Maria Chapman, deputy prime minister of Cuba, ratified today in Geneva, Switzerland, her country's willingness to continue strengthening the legal and institutional framework of human rights.

As reported by Chapman on X, during her participation in the High Level Event on the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, she presented Cuba's commitments to the protection of human rights.

Monrovia, June 1, 2022 - At the invitation of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Liberia, Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L . Martinez Herrera spoke at the First National Conference on the Right to Development.

The event was organized by the Embassy in coordination with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
