Cuban Head of Mission participates in First National Conference on the Right to Development.

Monrovia, June 1, 2022 - At the invitation of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Liberia, Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L . Martinez Herrera spoke at the First National Conference on the Right to Development.

The event was organized by the Embassy in coordination with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The forum brought together the President of the Independent National Commission on Human Rights in Liberia, the Representative of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNCHR) in Liberia, the diplomatic corps, UN agencies, international organizations, and representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations.
