International Women's Day celebrated in Kuwait
Kuwait, March 8, 2017. The Cuban Embassy in Kuwait celebrated International Women's Day with the members of the Cuban nurses' brigade, who are cooperating at the Dasman Institute of Diabetes.
The activity began with the presentation of a documentary about the history of the celebration of International Women's Day and the struggle that the women of the world carried out for many years to achieve their space in society.

Ambassador of Cuba in Kuwait visits Al Seef Hospital
Kuwait, February 28, 2017.Cuba's ambassador to Kuwait Andrés González Garrido paid a visit to AlSeef Hospital and held a meeting with its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Yousif Abou Zahr, With whom he toured some areas of this medical institution.
During the meeting they referred to the possibility of establishing cooperation with Cuban institutions in the field of medical care and human resources.

Kuwait, February 25, 2017.The President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, General of the Army Raúl Castro Ruz, congratulated the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah,for the celebration of the Kuwaiti people in their National Day.
The Army General also sent congratulatory messages to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait.
