The Lao president welcomes the president of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba
Vientiane, November 5, 2024. Comrade Thongloun Sisoulit, Secretary General of the Central Administrative Committee of the President of the Lao PDR, welcomed the visit of Comrade Esteban Lazo Hernandez, the judge of the Central Politics Department of the Communist Party of Kuba, the President of the National Assembly of the People's Power of Kuba on November 4 at the Central Office of the Party, Vientiane Capital, on the occasion of the delegation of Kuba visiting Lao PDR officially and participating in the 50th anniversary celebration.
The NAPP participates as Observer at the 45 General Assembly of AIPA
Vientiane, Octubre 19, 2024, The Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant, has participated at the 45th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly in the quality of NAPP Observer under the theme "The role of Parliaments in enhancing connectivity and inclusive growth of ASEAN".
A meaningful moment was the exchanges of greetings of Observer delegations and the president of the Lao National Assembly H.E. Xaysomphone Phomvihane.
The Cuban Ambassador visited the Lao Party headquarter

Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant Valdes had the honor of conveying the greetings of ICAP President Fernando Gonzalez Llort to the Head of the Popular Diplomacy Department of the External Relations Committee of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Com. Bounhong Bounthavong, on the occasion of which she reviewed the historic relations of friendship and solidarity between Laos and Cuba and reported on the preparations for the upcoming Asian Regional Meeting.
Cuban collaborator bid farewell to Lao PDR

After more than 4 years of outstanding work at the National University of Laos, NUOL, representing the largest of the Caribbean Antilles, its Education and Culture, the professor of Spanish Language, Luis Mario Zamora, has returned to Cuba. The staff of the Cuban Embassy in the Lao PDR, together with the students of the Spanish unit of the Faculty of Letters, wished him a good trip and success in his new work back home.
