Declaration by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba regarding the Canadian government’s decision to designate its embassy in Havana an ‘unaccompanied post,’ following unusual health symptoms reported in 2017 by some Canadian diplomatic staff and dependants posted to the Cuban capital, according to a statement.

Cubans resdents in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, commemorated on Sunday, at the new headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in Mongolia, the 57th Anniversary of the defeat of the mercenary invasion of Playa Girón. Accompanied by the new Cuban medical specialists who recently began their work in the INTERMED Hospital of this capital, Cuban residents hoisted our national flag by singing the hymn notes in the new headquarters of the Cuban diplomatic mission.

Cuban medical specialists initiate work in Ulan Bator, Mongolia.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. April 9, 2018. Three Cuban medical specialists began work this week at the INTERMED Hospital in the city of Ulan Bator, as part of the agreement signed between that entity and Cuban Medical Services. Motivated by the advances in medicine and the health indices reached in the largest island of the Antilles, the INTERMD Hospital executives traveled to Cuba last year to sign the contract that will allow medical specialists from our country to work and contribute their knowledge to development health services in Mongolia.
