Rarotonga, August 8th - In the framework of the Launch of the Cook Islands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Statement of Strategic Intentions 2019-2024 , the Cuban ambassador Mario Alzugaray was invited to participate as a panelist and comment on the experiences of Cuba's development and his expression in the implementation of the diplomatic work in his country.

National Rebellion Day celebrated in New Zealand
Wellington - Accompanied by members of the New Communist Party of Aotearoa, the Cuban embassy staff celebrated the 66th Anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes garrisons.
As part of the celebration of the National Rebellion Day, Cuban Ambassador Mario Alzugaray highlighted the importance and significance of this date, while underlining the achievements made by the Cuban Revolution since its triumph in 1959.
