Cuba and the Bayelsa State strengthen their friendship ties.

Nigeria, June 28, 2022.- The Cuban ambassador to this country, Clara M. Pulido Escandell, and the Governor of the Nigerian state of Bayelsa, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, held a friendly meeting, as part of the preparations to start an official visit to the Caribbean Island.

The moment, which evidenced another step in the deepening of friendship ties, was conducive to addressing issues of common interest, on regional and international news.

The exchange took place in a cordial atmosphere, reflecting the relations between both countries. On the Nigerian side, Ebi Waribagha, Protocol Advisor of the governor's office, was present, and on the Cuban side, the Counsellor, Pavel Bauzá.
