New Delhi, November 27th, 2025- The "Fidel Forever" Colloquium on the life and thought of the Commander-in-Chief was held in New Delhi on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of his physical departure. The universal legacy and transcendence of the figure of our Commander, was highlighted by political leaders, ambassadors, friends of solidarity, academics and journalists present at the evening.
Fidel in his human, revolutionary and academic dimensions was evoked by those who, in many cases, knew him personally. The importance of their thinking in present times, was highlighted as a call to the unity of progressive forces and peoples of the Global South at a time of new and growing challenges.
