Meeting with City of Toronto Councillor

Toronto, April 10, 2026 - The Consul General of Cuba in Toronto, Victor Manuel García Sánchez, met with City of Toronto Councillor Alejandra Bravo.

The parties exchanged views on Cuba’s current economic situation, the relations between the City of Toronto and our Consulate, as well as possibilities for collaboration with our consular mission.

The councillor acknowledged Cuba’s solidarity work with several countries around the world and the ties of friendship that exist between the Cuban and Canadian peoples.
