Ambassador Miguel Porto Parga presents Credentials to the President of the Lebanese Republic

The Lebanese President, General Michel Aoun, received in a solemn audience at the Baabda Palace the credentials of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Lebanon Miguel Porto Parga.

The Cuban Ambassador ratified the will of the Cuban Government to develop and expand bilateral ties while expressing the honor of been in a nation with a rich and millenary History. General Michel Aoun wished successes to the Cuban diplomat in his performance and conveyed his votes for the prosperity of Cuba.

Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and Secretary General Hany Chemaitelly attended the meeting, while First Secretary Raúl E. Madrigal Cárdenas participated in the meeting on the Cuban side. (EmbaCuba Líbano)
