Monrovia, August 24, 2018-, In the afternoon of Thursday, August 23, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liberia, Mr. Gbehzonhgar Milton Findley received at the headquarters of the Liberian Chancellery the Chargé d'Affaires of Cuba, Yordenis Despaigne Vera. Accompanying the Chancellor was Mr. P. Maxwell Vah, assistant minister for American Affairs. On the Cuban side, the Second Secretary Carmen Maury Toledo also participated.
The Cuban diplomat handed over to the Liberian Chancellor a message from his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla. The occasion was propitious to review other topics of interest on the bilateral agenda and reaffirm the good state of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which have already reached their 44th anniversary on April 19 this year.
