The Cuban Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ana Teresa González, held a meeting with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Khatuna Totladze, on the occasion of the visit to that Caucasian nation.
At the meeting, the Cuban vice chancellor reiterated the will of our country to maintain the bonds between the two nations on the basis of mutual respect, cooperation and dialogue.
Likewise, the diplomats identified areas of common interest to develop bilateral relations, mainly in the economic-commercial field.
Ana Teresa González also visited the Parliament's headquarters where she spoke with deputy Guguli Magradze, head of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship with Cuba, which demonstrates the interest in expanding parliamentary ties.
