10:00-10:15: Screening of an audiovisual production on Cuba, its foreign policy and solidarity.
10:15-10:45: Statement by a representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINREX, by its Spanish acronym): Cuba´s Foreign Policy in the regional context. The struggle against blockade.
10:45 – 11:00: Break
11:00 – 12:30: Panel: Challenges of the leftist movements in the current regional scenario before the anti-imperialist offensive.
12:30 -13:30: Exchange of the delegates with speakers of the panel.

17:30: Departure for the Anti-imperialist Tribune with Committee for the Defence of the Revolution (CDR, by its Spanish initials).

Commission 3: Decolonization and cultural war. Strategic Communication and Social Struggle.
Commission 4: Youth: strategies and continuity in the struggles.
Commission 5: Democracy, sovereignty and anti-imperialism.
Commission 6: Integration, identities and common struggles.
