Members of the Consulate General in Istanbul, headed by the Consul General, Raúl E. Madrigal Cárdenas, paid a visit today to the Consulate General of Venezuela in this city to sign the Book of Condolences in honor of the combatants who lost their lives defending the sovereignty of the Venezuelan people in the face of the attacks perpetrated by the armed forces of the United States on January 3, 2026, when the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores took place.

Madrigal Cárdenas, during which he officially presented his work entitled “El Comandante” to be transferred to and incorporated into the collection of the National Museum of Fine Arts of Cuba.
