Beirut, November 15, 2021. The Lebanese Communist Party today condemned all foreign interference in Cuba and the blockade imposed by the United States on it, according to a message sent to Prensa Latina. The note also reaffirms solidarity with the Communist Party of Cuba in its struggle for progress, liberation and socialism.
Despite the U.S. policy of encirclement, Cuba has achieved progress in health, education, quality of life and scientific research at the service of its people and the world, the text refers.
Likewise, its role in supporting national liberation movements and leftist and progressive forces in Latin America, Africa, Palestine, Arab countries and others is recognized.
In the face of the successful confrontation against the Covid-19 pandemic and the arrival of normality, the Antillean nation is the object of media attacks from the United States aimed at confusing Cubans.
The Lebanese Communist Party trusts that as on previous occasions the popular and revolutionary will of the people of the Caribbean country will be victorious in the face of this other maneuver by the U.S. government. (Embacuba Líbano/Prensa Latina)
