Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs receives the President of the Republic of Seychelles.

Havana, September 16th. H.E. Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, President of the Republic of Seychelles, was received on his arrival in Havana by deputy foreign minister, Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo. President Ramkalawan will carry out from September 17th to 20th an extensive program of activities, including official talks with Cuban president, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez; meetings with the Speaker of the Cuban parliament, Esteban Lazo Hernandez; with the minister of public health, Dr.

Cuban Ambassador visits the Seychelles Tourism Academy.

The Ambassador of Cuba, Martha Hernández Caneiro, visited on Wednesday the Seychelles Tourism Academy, where she had a pleasant meeting with its director, Terence Max, and part of his management team. 

Both parties discussed the development of the tourism industry in their respective countries and the importance given by their governments to the education and training of human resources who provide services in this sector. 

They also agreed on the potential for promoting collaborative links in this area.

Cuban Ambassador holds meetings with the Minister Designate of the Presidency and with executives of the Ministry of Education of Seychelles.

Victoria, October 25, 2021 - On Monday morning, the Cuban Ambassador to Seychelles paid a courtesy visit to the Minister-designate of the Presidency and Minister of Fisheries, Mr. Jean-François Ferrari. During the meeting, they discussed issues on the bilateral agenda.

Later, the Ambassador was received at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education by executives of that Ministry. The occasion was propitious to discuss the existing cooperation in this field for several decades and other variants that could be developed in the future in the field of education.
