Cuban Ambassador presents copy of credentials to the Foreign Minister of Yemen
Riyadh, March 17th - The Ambassador of Cuba in Saudi Arabia, Vladimir Gonzalez, was received in audience by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Awad Bin Mubarak, to whom he presented copy of his credentials as the new non-resident Ambassador to this Arab nation, residing in the Saudi capital.
During the cordial meeting, the Foreign Minister and the Ambassador agreed to praise the historical diplomatic relations between Cuba and Yemen, that will celebrate 50 years of being established next May.
Cuban state mission in Saudi Arabia participates in the popular consultation on Families Code
Riyadh, March 4th - With the assistance and participation of the 11 members of the Cuban State Mission, the popular consultation meeting on the new Families Code was held in Riyadh. Its draft was approved by the National Assembly of People’s Power in December 2021 to be submitted to the consideration of the electorate and to the subsequent referendum.

Riyadh, February 11th - The rector of Aden University, Dr. Al-Khidr Nasser Lasour, and the Ambassador of Yemen in Cuba, Mr. Mohammed Saleh Nasher, were received by the Minister of Higher Education of Cuba, Dr. José Ramón Saborido Loid, in Havana, where the rector arrived to participate in the XIII International Congress of Higher Education "University 2022".
