BANGKOK, January 28, 2020.- Organized by the Cuban Embassy in Thailand, the commemorative event of the 61st anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution and the 167th birth anniversary of José Martí took place in Bangkok.

The event was chaired by His Excellency Chirayú Isarangkún Na Ayúthayá, advisor to His Majesty King Rama X and the Cuban ambassador to Thailand, Héctor Conde Almeida.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia announced the decision of the putschist Government to suspend diplomatic relations with the Republic of Cuba, claming that the Cuban Government has systematically affected bilateral relations and has been hostile towards the Bolivian authorities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba strongly rejects the unfounded allegations of Bolivia’s de facto government.

Havana, january 23, 2020.- The President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, this Wednesday held a meeting with the diplomatic corps accredited in our country.

Also participating in the exchange were other principal government authorities and representatives of national institutions.

Cuba maintains diplomatic relations with 197 states and international entities, while 116 countries have embassies here, along with six representations of international organizations.(Cubaminrex-Granma)
