In attendance were the executive director of the Covalima Hospital, Domingo de Fátima; the Cuban ambassador, Alina Aldama; official José Heredia; the head of the Medical Brigade, Dr. Andrés Villar Bahamonde; the BMC coordinator, Dr. Alberto Parra; and the coordinator of Solidarity with Cuba, Dr. Joaquim de Jesús Vaz, issues of mutual interest were discussed.

During the cordial meeting, both representatives discussed issues of mutual interest and emphasized the strengthening of ties of friendship and solidarity between the peoples of Timor-Leste and Cuba.
