The Cuban GAMMA Research and Development Center and the Institute of Marine Affairs (IMA) of Trinidad and Tobago, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on October 12 that will promote the expansion of research capabilities in the areas of coastal engineering, hydraulic resource management and other related areas with the objective of facing the challenges currently faced by the marine and coastal regions of Cuba and Trinidad and Tobago.
