"Thank you for trusting Cuban scientists," was the feeling of the women and men of science who this Tuesday celebrated the tenth anniversary of the founding of the Group of Biotechnological and Pharmaceutical Industries of Cuba, BioCubaFarma and the three decades of the creation of the Scientific Pole.
The commemoration act, attended by the President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, constituted a space to explore from the missions and contributions of each research center, the contributions and challenges of science in the Caribbean nation.
Mexico will hire another 119 Cuban doctors to provide services as of January 2023
Another 119 Cuban doctors will arrive in Mexico next January to provide their specialized services, announced the director of the National Social Security Institute, Zoé Robledo.
In the morning press conference of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador at the National Palace, dedicated today to health issues, Robledo made the announcement in a recount of the Cuban doctors hired to work in the country.
He said that 491 specialists are in 11 states, in very difficult and marginal places, and help provide coverage 24/7 in the hospitals where they are stationed.

Cuban Foreign Minister denounces Twitter's links with the US Government
Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, denounced through his Twitter account the links of that social network with U.S. government agencies to carry out psychological warfare actions against Cuba and demanded a response on the matter.
Rodriguez pointed out that the so-called Twitter Files, documents leaked to journalists on the management of that company, show that the U.S. intelligence agencies, the Pentagon, and the State Department coordinated such activities.
At the same time, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) paid the company to respond to its requests, he added.
