Solidarity with Cuba knocks on doors in U.S. Congress
Representatives of the National Cuba Solidarity Network will visit the U.S. Congress today as part of the actions that will conclude next Sunday with a protest in front of the White House.
Cheryl LaBash, co-president of the Network, confirmed to Prensa Latina, that this Thursday morning they will knock on the doors of members of the Senate with the request that gives name to the campaign #Off the list, which demands to remove Cuba from the list of alleged state sponsors of terrorism.

Eneida Pérez, head of the Cataract Service and director of the Ocular Microsurgery Center of the Ramón Pando Ferrer Cuban Institute of Ophthalmology (ICO), located in this capital city, explained that the post-pandemic crisis affecting the world has also dented the work of that unit of the National Health System.
