Cuba thanks European trade unions for their solidarity.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez today thanked the resolution adopted by the European Confederation of Trade Unions condemning the inclusion of the island in the U.S. list of countries sponsoring terrorism.
On the last day of the 15th Congress of the Confederation, the initiative was approved at the proposal of the Spanish General Union of Workers, the Foreign Minister said on Twitter.
They welcome the creation of the Cuban United Nations Association.

U.S. calls for an end to the blockade of Cuba
In a new day of solidarity caravans, Cubans living in Miami, representatives of the Alianza Martiana Coalition and the José Martí Cultural Association, demanded the lifting of the US #blockade against Cuba.
About 20 cars drove through downtown Miami, demonstrating that there are many Cubans who defend a relationship of respect and cooperation between Cuba and the US.
In their slogans they also advocated for the removal of the island from the List of State Sponsors of Terrorism.
Cuba-EU Joint Council to meet in Havana
Cuba and the European Union will evaluate here today the state of the implementation of the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA), in the context of the third Joint Council of the parties.
