ZICUFA ratifies its support for the government and people of Cuba.
On the occasion of the Day of National Rebellion, the Ambassador of Cuba in Zimbabwe, Carmelina Ramírez, in the company of the Counselor, Yoisy Ford, held a meeting with the ZICUFA executive. In the event, solidarity actions were specified between both nations and in support of the Cuban government and people. Cuba is going through a difficult time due to the impact of the US economic, commercial and financial blockade and the most critical period of the pandemic.
Zimbabwe and Cuba ratify mutual support in the bilateral sphere
The Cuban Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Carmelina Ramirez, was received at the Zimbabwean Foreign Ministry by Ambassador, Lovemore Mazemo, Chief Director for Political Affairs. The meeting was held in a relaxed atmosphere and they exchanged issues on the bilateral agenda. The Zimbabwean official expressed his country's support to the Cuban government.
Cuba will always have the support of Zimbabwe
The Cuban Ambassador in Harare, Carmelina Ramirez, was received by the Director of Political Affairs of the Zimbabwean Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Lovemore Mazemo. The Zimbabwean diplomat welcomed the Cuban Ambassador and conveyed messages of solidarity and support to the Cuban government and people.
The ZANU PF attends the virtual meeting called by the CC CCP
The ZANU-PF attended a virtual meeting organized by the CC-CCP with the Front Line parties. On the Cuban side, the event was chaired by Yoel Queipo Ruíz, member of the Secretariat and Head of the Economic Department. Zimbabwe was represented by ZANU-PF Political Bureau member and External Relations Secretary Simbarashe Mumbengegwi. Once again, the historical links between the CCP and the political parties of these nations became evident.
