The specialists of the Central Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Cuba Dr. Alberto Diego Valle Lima and Dr. Pedro Luis Castro Alegret, arrived today in Harare, Zimbabwe with the objective of offering technical advice to the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education for the creation of a Center for Research and Pedagogical Innovation, a project supported by UNICEF.
