The Communist Party of Poland supports the Cuban struggle against the unlawful US blockade imposed on Cuba. We stands firm on the side of the Cuban people and Revolution with all its achievements.
The blockade is not only illegal but it also violates human rights. It restricts Cuban citizens' rights to access new technologies, mobility, and education.
The economic war waged by the USA against the island nation since 2019 has severely limited delivery of fuel and other resources of key importance for the functioning of the energy system.
These actions are accompanied by a disinformation campaign against the Cuban government, financed by the US government, which has intensified in recent years.
The aim of the US blockade is to interfere in the internal affairs of the independent country and destroy the achievements of the socialist revolution in Cuba.
We condemn all external attempts to interfere in internal affairs of Cuba and using emergency situations to undermine stability and spread social discontent
We condemn the US blockade of Cuba and continuous violation of international law.
