The Hague, 16 of September 2019. In the afternoon of Thursday September 12th the Crowne Plaza hotel in The Hague hosted the sixth edition of the summer farewell event organized Diplomat Magazine.
In this occasion the Cuba was represented through different expressions of its culture including music with the beautiful performance on the piano by Cuban resident in the Netherlands Jorge Martinez, and a display and sampling of Cuban rums and cigars and the relevant pairing which all attendees enjoyed.
In her remarks to the participants in this event H.E. Mrs. Soraya Alvarez Núñez, highlighted the value of friendship, solidarity and cooperation which characterize the Cuban people and government and took advantage of the opportunity to thank the international community for its support to Cuba for over 30 years of Revolution in facing the difficulties caused by the blockade and other unjust policies
