Interview of Cuban Ambassador Alina Aldama with the Acting Director General of Multilaterals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Timor Leste.

Dili, September 20, 2023. The Director General of Multilaterals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Timor Leste, Mr. Leoneto Mantilo, received today the Cuban Ambassador Alina Aldama Inniss.

The courtesy visit paid by the Cuban ambassador served to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two countries, while reiterating their mutual support in the international arena, as well as acknowledging the mention in the speech of the President of the country Dr. José Ramos-Horta at the 78th Session of the UNGA of the need to put an end to the unjust blockade by the US government.
