Dili, September 20, 2023. Our Minister of Public Health José Ángel Portal met for the first time with his Timorese counterpart Elia A. A. A. dos Reis Amaral, as part of the bilateral agenda being carried out in the context of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The meeting served to strengthen the ties of collaboration in health between the two countries.
